The story is remarkable, and really shows the about of pain and suffering people have to withstand as they try to make it in this very tough world. The movie does not hold back, and there was a couple times during the movie that I had a real hard time looking at the screen, showcasing harsh realities.
It also is a great movie in that it truly forces the viewer to take a step back, take a deep breath, and realize that sometimes the hardships a person faces pale in comparison to their own. Someone's hardest decision of the day may be picking a restaurant to eat at, while another's may be deciding on how to feed their children.
I highly recomend this film, but get ready to witness disturbing truths. It is beyond painful to watch, but is real, and hopefully will be a means to bring awareness to those situations. That awareness hopefully will help others that are facing those issues, and enable others to do what they can to help people that are less fortunate.
